Thunderbird Addon: ThunderJira! Jira integrated into your Thunderbird!

Do you want to manage your Jira issues without leaving Thunderbird?
ThunderJira integrates Jira Cloud and Jira Server / Data Center directly into your email client!

How does it work?
After installing it, configure the connection from the ThunderJira Options page in the Add-ons manager.
You can connect to both Jira Cloud (atlassian.net) and Jira Server / Data Center (self-hosted).
Once configured, you can create a new Jira issue directly from any email: the subject pre-fills the summary and the body pre-fills the description. Dynamic fields are loaded automatically based on the selected project and issue type.
Jira issue links found in email bodies are automatically enriched with a clickable badge that opens the issue directly in your browser.

Requirements
Thunderbird 140 or later is required.
You need a Jira Cloud or Jira Server / Data Center instance and valid credentials (API token for Cloud, Personal Access Token for Server).

Privacy
All data processing is performed locally on your device. Your Jira credentials are stored only in your local Thunderbird profile and are never transmitted to any third-party service. All requests go directly from your Thunderbird to your Jira instance.
